What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a profession which focuses on diagnosing, treating and rehabilitating conditions that arise from the joints, muscles, ligaments and nerves of the body.

Chiropractic literally translates to "do by hand"  and we mostly use hands-on techniques to improve the function of the body's joints and muscles and reduce the pain coming from them.

Chiropractic is more than just a treatment. What we do involves the treatment of symptoms and full exercise rehabilitation as well as offering widespread lifestyle plans to help you change habits, postures and poor health choices. While we had nutritional training during our degree, we have continued our research and involvement in eating healthily for our own health and well-being. Please do not hesitate to ask for any advice to do with nutrition, overall health and well-being and we will not hesitate to do all we can to help!

You can never be too old or young to be suitable for chiropractic care. All techniques are modifiable and can range from incredibly gentle pressure to full body stretches and joint manipulation, depending on your individual needs. Each of our chiropractors have undergone extensive training in treating newborns and pregnant ladies, the elderly and athletes as well as everyone in between.

We are a registered profession, meaning every chiropractor in the UK has completed a chiropractic Masters degree, and are fully insured and registered with the General Chiropractic Council.
